Mike Atchley

Mike Atchley was born and raised in the trades. His first paying job was when he was in elementary school, working as the janitor at Atchley Air. After getting an accounting degree and working as a CPA for several years in Tulsa, OK and Fayetteville,AR, he returned to the family business in 2001.

In 2004 he assumed the role of President eventually purchasing the company from his dad and uncle. The company specialized in residential and light commercial service and replacement. In 2014, Mike opened an industrial and heavy commercial service business that operated in western and Northwest Arkansas. Once the new industrial service company was off and running, Mike decided it was time to expand into new markets for the residential division.

An office was opened in Northwest Arkansas and a year later, in Russellville, Arkansas. By the end of 2020, the Atchley companies had attracted the attention of a number of private equity groups. After careful consideration, Mike chose to partner with one of these groups and sold the companies in May of 2021. Mike continues to work with the new ownership group as a facilitator of the leadership development program and providing individual coaching to general and regional managers.

Mike’s strengths include general business planning, financial statement preparation and review, and the implementation and tracking of KPIs. He has nearly 5 years of experience with ServiceTitan and is a certified Maxwell Leadership Team coach.
