This best-practices install course will include the common core of retro-fitting new systems, as well as training on the most important practices that are commonly overlooked that cause premature system failure and install callbacks.

Students will be given tasks to complete with common materials, and perform installation on an up-flow and horizontal install.

Some of the skills the student will learn will include; electrical knowledge, refrigerant charging, recovery, evacuation, brazing, pressure testing, basic HVAC operation, and much more.

Your installers will be educated on thorough communication with the salesperson and homeowner to ensure a correct install, and happy client.

Along with all of this, focusing on having an “I can” mindset will have students feeling confident in their abilities, while saving them months of field training and building potential bad habits.
